A robust combination of shallots, garlic, chili, and seasonings that is perfectly balanced to add a complex punch to any meal or snack!  Perfectly crispy shallots, garlic, sesame seeds, and sliced almonds gives any dish a savory texture experience!  Each jar is handmade in small batches in Long Beach, California.  Made with simple ingredients with care and LOVE.
